Refund Policy

Our policies regarding refunds for digital products, educational materials, and consultation services purchased from Rinsedynam.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Rinsedynam ("we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for purchases made through rinsedynam.world. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all digital products (meal plan templates, workbooks, educational materials) and consultation services offered on our website. It supplements our Terms of Use and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Digital Products

2.1 Meal Plan Templates and Workbooks

Digital products such as the Starter Weekly, Rotating Menu, and Batch Prep Model templates, as well as food literacy workbooks and seasonal guides, are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

14-Day Satisfaction Period: If you are not satisfied with a purchased digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • You have not previously received a refund for the same product category.
  • You contact us at assist@rinsedynam.world with your order confirmation details and reason for the refund request.
  • The request is made within the 14-day window from the original purchase date.

After the 14-day period, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable because the content has been delivered and accessed. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical delivery failures that we are unable to resolve.

2.2 Technical Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product — such as a broken download link or corrupted file — contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot deliver a working product within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day satisfaction period.

3. Consultation Services

3.1 Cancellation by Client

For scheduled meal planning consultation sessions (30-minute or 60-minute):

  • More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund of the consultation fee, or free rescheduling to a new date and time.
  • 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund of the consultation fee, or free rescheduling (one rescheduling per booking).
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
  • No-show without prior notice: No refund. The full consultation fee is forfeited.

3.2 Cancellation by Rinsedynam

If we cancel a consultation due to staff unavailability, technical issues on our end, or other circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as far in advance as possible and process refunds within 5 business days.

3.3 Completed Sessions

Consultation sessions that have been fully conducted are non-refundable. If you believe a session did not meet the described scope (meal planning organization and educational guidance), contact us within 7 days with specific details. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

4. Group Workshops

For group food literacy workshops and planning workshops:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the workshop date receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future workshop.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel a workshop, all registered participants receive a full refund within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products accessed or downloaded after the 14-day satisfaction period.
  • Completed consultation sessions, unless reviewed under Section 3.3.
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers.
  • Products or services obtained through promotional giveaways or free trials.
  • Custom-developed planning materials created specifically for your request after work has commenced.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at assist@rinsedynam.world with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order date, product or service name, and reason for the refund request.
  3. For consultation refunds, include the scheduled session date and time.
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.

7. Partial Refunds and Credits

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds or account credits instead of full refunds:

  • Late cancellation of consultations (24–48 hours notice) — 50% refund as described in Section 3.1.
  • Bundle purchases where one component is used and another is not — prorated refund for the unused component.
  • Workshop cancellations within 3–7 days — 50% refund or future credit.

Account credits, if offered, are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any product or service offered by Rinsedynam.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your access to purchased products and future services. We will provide relevant transaction documentation to payment processors to contest fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Residents of the European Union may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law prevails.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date shown at the top of this page. Purchases made before a policy update are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
